		<description>Hey Sam. In our initial client meetings we always ask for a budget, but it is very rare when a client is upfront about it. When we do get a client that has planned and set aside a budget and lets us know, wow, magical things can happen. But, like I said, that rarely happens. We also don&#039;t word our &quot;budget question&quot; quite like you did, maybe that&#039;s the problem. :)</description>
